COVID-19: The Health and Safety of Members is Priority
 

UPDATE - 23 March 2020

Dear valued Members and Guests,

Due to government requirements surrounding COVID-19, our facility is now closed until further notice. This requirement applies to all gyms across Australia.

What does this mean for you? This means you will not be able to access our facility, until the government makes a decision to reopen fitness facilities.

Memberships have been suspended effective/immediately. We will be in touch with you very soon regarding membership options, including an exclusive ‘Home Fitness Network’ offering.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for further information, and rest assured we will continue to update you, as any government decisions are announced.

  • Q: Are Coaching Zone clubs open during the COVID-19 outbreak?

    A: Due to the Australian Government requirements surrounding COVID-19, as of Monday 23 March 2020, our facilities are closed until further notice. This requirement applies to all gyms across Australia.



     

  • Q: Will class times continue as usual?

    A: There are no classes in operation. As per government requirement, all Coaching Zone studios are currently closed until further notice.
     

    NOTE: We will soon launch an online ‘Home Fitness Network’; consisting of 100+ at home workouts to keep you active and healthy during our closure period. Stay tuned for details.  

  • Q: Can I put my membership on hold?

    A: All memberships have already been placed on hold until the Australian Government gives all gyms permission to reopen. You will be notified via email communications when we have information on reopen dates.

     

    NOTE: For those who would like to continue their memberships, there will be additional options available. All details will be released very soon! 



     

  • Q: How long will my membership be suspended for?

    A: All memberships will remain suspended until the Australian Government gives all gyms permission to reopen.

  • Q: I have a paid in full membership. What does this mean for me?

    A: All memberships including paid in full memberships are suspended. This means you will not lose any membership time. When we reopen, your membership will be extended to cover the time we are closed. For example, if we are closed for four weeks, an additional four weeks will be added to the initial end date of your membership. 

    NOTE: For those who would like to continue to stay active while we are closed, there will be additional membership options available. All details will be released very soon! 

  • Q: Will Coaching Zone offer any online training programs?

    A: YES! We are launching ‘Home Fitness Network’. This online training program gives members the chance to continue to exercise from the comfort of their own home. This service will be available to all Coaching Zone members through additional membership options. Details will be released very soon. #StayTuned 

  • Q: When will Coaching Zone reopen?

    A: At this stage no date has been provided by the Australian Government as to when Coaching Zone will be permitted to reopen. However, when the government has made this decision, all members will be updated via email communications.
