    New or easing back into training? Activate, our foundation session is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn the foundations of movement and how to use the equipment, allowing you to build confidence and become educated with your new training routine.

    You’ll walk away knowing how to train at the correct intensity for your goals, fitness level and training ability. It’s all about feeling good and getting prepped to start your fitness journey.

  • ADRENALINE

    ADRENALINE

    Adrenaline is all about challenging your fitness. After a 10-minute warm up you’ll push yourself to complete four-minute-high intensity training periods, followed by rest periods of one minute.

    These sessions are designed to provide endurance, conditioning and strength while gaining a full body workout that’s designed to strip fat
    If you’re looking to take your training to the next level, Adrenaline is for you.

  • AFTERBURN

    AFTERBURN

    The ultimate fat burning workout! Afterburn utilises bursts of high intensity training followed by periods of rest where coaches focus on your heart rate recovery to maximise your results. This is a scientifically proven training method, allowing your body to become a fat burning machine for up to 38 hours post workout.

    BOXING

    Results focused and a whole lot of sweaty fun, our boxing sessions focus on safe boxing techniques and combinations of partner work that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping,
    Using a series of functional exercises, Boxing is designed to improve technique, strengthen the body, increase your fitness level and aid in weight loss.

    ENDURANCE

    The best session for increasing fitness levels, Endurance is a heart rate focused workout designed to increase cardio fitness and muscle endurance. Your coach will guide you through nine different exercise stations over 45 minutes while monitoring your heart rate.
    The aim is to improve cardiovascular fitness, helping you recover faster and perform better.

  • ENERGISE

    ENERGISE

    Suitable for all fitness levels, Energise is a great way to get into a training routine and build confidence. This session is about training at your intensity and fitness level. Two teams will be formed, interchanging between six-minute segments of cardio and strength training with your coach monitoring your intensity via our Myzone heart rate technology.

    STRONG

    Learn correct form and technique with Strong, a weight-based group training session designed to help with power, strength and stability. The end result? Strong lean muscles that help your body look and feel toned and defined.
    During Strong you’ll also learn to warm up and cool down correctly to minimise injury risk and improve post workout recovery.
    If you’re looking to lift your fitness, Strong is for you.
