Kiwi Coconut Smoothie

It's time to get your blend on! 

Serves 1

Ingredients
  • 2 medium kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup light milk
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Optional: Ice

Method
  1. Roughly chop the kiwi fruit and then add to a blender. Add spinach and top with yoghurt, milk, coconut and chia seeds.
  2. Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend, if you'd like an icier and colder finish.
